Ms. Hernandez has over a decade of experience successfully navigating a myriad of real estate transactions. Her expertise spans large scale commercial closings, high-end residential purchase and sale transactions, REO’s, new development condominiums and refinances. With a tenacious drive, and a mindset centered on achieving success as a team, Badiana effectively managed operations at a South Florida title company for several years. Graduating Cum Laude, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management with a Certificate in Marketing from Florida International University. She is also a licensed title agent and a notary public for the State of Florida.
